Straight-through backwash filter
The straight-through discharge and backwash filter overcomes many shortcomings of traditional filter products, such as small dirt holding capacity, need to disassemble and clean the filter part, and inability to monitor the filter status. It has the functions of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element. During the cleaning and sewage discharge process, the system can supply water continuously, and the filter status can be monitored, with a high degree of automation. It meets various filtration accuracy requirements from 10μm to 3000μm, providing customers with various water filtration equipment. The filtration equipment adopts a technological internal mechanical structure, realizing a true high-pressure backwash function, which can easily and thoroughly remove impurities trapped by the filter screen, with no dead angle in cleaning and no attenuation of flux, ensuring filtration efficiency and long service life. The filtration equipment uses 304 or 316L stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screens, which have high strength, high accuracy and corrosion resistance, with a maximum filtration accuracy of up to 50 microns.

IV. Installation and Operation:
1. The backwash sewage filter can be installed horizontally or vertically in the pipeline. During installation, ensure that the arrow direction on the housing is consistent with the medium flow direction.
2. During normal operation, the outlet valve does not need to be fully closed; you can directly close the manual valve and open the sewage outlet for sewage discharge.
3. It can be directly installed on the system without any support structure, saving space.
4. When the backwash sewage filter is used in conjunction with an electronic water processor, it should be installed before the water inlet of the water processor.
5. This equipment has no wearing parts; only regular flushing and sewage discharge according to water quality are required.
